LCI was founded in 2020 by a group of technical leaders with more than 30 years of experience in global services.

Today we offer support for a variaty of industries including the mechanical, marine and chemical with special knowledge in hidrocarbons. Our team has a mixture of deep technical and business experience.

Technical Maintenance leader. Acted as interaction leader in the operational areas in the preservation of ASHI standards. Coordinated and executed the major repair works on the Maintenance Management area on Puerto La Cruz and Petro San Felix Refinery Plants in the JOSÉ CRYOGENIC COMPLEX. More than 34 years of experience.

Actual CEO of ATECOM (Training Center for Seafarers) certified by DGTA. He has coordinated the installation of laboratories in the oil area and implementation of quality systems under ISO 9001, 17025 and 17020 standards.
